Fill and Sign PDF Tools publishes checklists, guides and reviews. It does not process your documents, hold your signatures, or provide legal advice about them.

What this site is

This is an independent editorial site about completing and signing PDF paperwork. Everything published here is research and opinion, offered in good faith and current as of the last time the page was updated. Software changes constantly in this category; treat what you read as a well-informed starting point, then confirm the details on the vendor site before you commit money or a deadline to it.

Not legal advice

Some of what we write touches on electronic signatures, record keeping, and what makes a signed document stand up. None of it is legal advice, and none of it is specific to your situation, your jurisdiction, or your contract. If a document matters, have a qualified professional look at it. We are describing how software behaves, not certifying that a particular signature will be enforceable.

We check what we publish and we correct what turns out to be wrong. Even so, pricing tiers, signature limits and feature availability can change the day after a page is written. We do not warrant that every detail is accurate at the moment you read it, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a page here.

Third-party sites and software

Links lead to software vendors, documentation and reference material we do not control. Their terms, their pricing and their handling of your documents are between you and them. Reviewing a tool is not an endorsement of its contract terms, its security posture, or its suitability for your regulated workflow.

Acceptable use

• Read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links freely.
• Do not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, scrape it at volume, or feed it wholesale into a derivative product.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the infrastructure it runs on.
